Fabiana DePaula, MBA, MAR
Fabiana had extensive experience in the business world working with many Fortune 500 Companies in Brazil and the Unites States. She obtained her B.S. in Industrial Engineering in Brazil, MBA with a management and marketing concentration from Rollins College and MAR in Ethics from Yale University. She joined the Board of Directors in 2012, has served as Chair of Strategic Planning since 2014 and became the President of the Board in February of 2015. Growing up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where there is vast socio-economic inequality, she developed a deep sense of responsibility towards the children in society. Upon learning more about ‘r kids meaningful work with the children and their families in CT, Fabiana fell in love with the unwavering dedication of the staff to ‘r kids mission and the transformative impact on the children and their families.
